Fun at the Park

Pismo Beach - Walking on the Pier

We walked on the Pier at Pismo Beach... Matty was afraid to walk on it because of all the gaps between the wood panels. Goodness gracious. He whined the whole time that Sean had to carry him most of the time. And that same kid was NOT afraid of horses and had so much fun learning how to ride one. LOL

Strawberry Festival

After Fresno, we drove to Pismo Beach to visit Sean's parents for a week. We took Brandon to the strawberry festival in Arroyo Grande. We walked all the way there - about 4 miles (round trip). It was fun until Matty got tired of walking and he wanted to sit in the stroller. So I carried Aaron in a Bjorn.

Christa's Wedding

After Bakersfield, we drove to Fresno to attend Sean's cousin Christa's wedding. It was a temple wedding and it was beautiful! I loved everything about the sealing... All the words that were spoken there were so beautiful. I'm so grateful that I had a chance to hear those words because it reminded me that I'm blessed with an eternal family and that I must do my part to be granted the promises that were made when I married Sean in the temple 6 years ago. The reception was also beautiful.

With Great Grand Parents and Great Aunt

We decided to begin our vacation by visiting the great grand parents and great aunt in Bakersfield. We don't get to see them very often so we thought it'd be great to visit them and allow our kids to get to know them better. Matty loved visiting with them and called them great grandma, great grandpa, and aunt Cynda. It was super cute.
Aaron had fun walking and crawling around in the backyard. He loved the feeling of soft grass. We don't have grass backyard... This makes me want to get one!

 Cheese!!
Great Grandpa got down on his knee to take a picture with Matt. So cute!!
