I have been trying to lose weight lately and have been succeeding. It's my week three and I'm still going strong. Usually I do it for two weeks and then start eating bad again but I'm still going strong! Hopefully I will keep doing it until I reach my goal and hopefully I will still try and keep my healthy eating and lifestyle. I still have 20 more lbs to go until I reach my ultimate goal but in just two weeks I lost about 10 lbs. No worries, I'm certainly NOT starving myself. I do eat. All three meals. Just healthier. And I tend to lose quickly in the beginning. It's because we ate out a lot when we were moving and I did gain about 7 lbs before I started losing weight. So I think my body is just getting rid of the junk that I had gotten in such a short time. It's going to get more tough now that I've lost 10 lbs. But I need to stick to it! :)
